IN RESPONSE to R. Reid (ODT, 4.6.08 ), some cannabis is quite strong, but most of it is not.
Random drug testing for students should be introduced only if all lecturers, tutors and support staff agree to be similarly tested.
Banning things is simplistic and often counterproductive.
