A MESSAGE TO ALL STUDENTS FROM THE UNIVERSITY CHAPLAINCY TEAM

A MESSAGE TO ALL STUDENTS FROM THE UNIVERSITY CHAPLAINCY TEAM

[Otago NORML Comment: It is somewhat ironic that this e-mail was recieved by students who attend the 420 protest just days after the University promised to make our lives difficult because we refuse to back down on our polictical views!]

We write to let you know that we are thinking of you as you prepare for and sit your exams. We know this is a very challenging and stressful time for many students. We hope and pray that you will be able to concentrate and draw deeply from the wells of knowledge within. During this mid-year exam season may you experience peace within. May you have a sense of knowing that you are exactly where you are meant to be. May you be excited about the infinite possibilities that lie ahead. May you use your academic gifts wisely, and gain satisfaction from your studies.

Kind Regards,

Greg, Mark, Lyn, Mike, Amy, Paul and Rosie.

[Otago NORML Comment: I guess not all University staff feel the same way about helping students to avoid stress during exam time. I think the chapliancy team would be appalled to know about the persecution some students have been facing at the hands of Campus Watch and the Dunedin Police during this most stressful time fo year!]
